NOVALON® 3000

Prepare the degreasing bath by filling the bath with water in a volume of approx. 4/5 of the total volume, add the calculated amount of NOVALON® 3000 concentrate and after mixing refill to the required volume with water. After heating to a temperature of approx. 50-60 °C, the bath is ready for use. If unwanted foaming occurs, it is possible to add DEWATER O 3000 at a concentration of 0.3-0.5%. During operation, it is necessary to top up the evaporated water and NOVALON® 3000 concentrate as required. If longer storage (over 10 days) of degreased parts is required, longer inter-operative protection is possible by rinsing with approx. 1-2% corrosion inhibitor solution, then the corrosion resistance is about three times higher.
