NOVAPLAST® ULTRA

Shake the container well. The surface must be perfectly clean and dry before application. You can use PL 1 or PL 2 products for cleaning.

For best results, two thin coats of NOVAPLAST® ULTRA are optimal; after the first coat, heat the mould briefly to approx. 100 °C to evaporate the carrier solvent; after the second coat, heat the mould to operating temperature for approx. 5 min.

NOVAPLAST® ULTRA can also be applied cold, during the heat-up, at operating temperature and between operations. The separation film can last for several months. Parts can be subsequently printed or repainted, no cleaning is required.
